How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Containedgap Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Containedgap Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by talking with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Containedgap Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@containedgap.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short summary of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
